With this privacy policy, we, ConVacc AG, based in Flawil, describe how we process your personal data when you use our website, purchase our products, use our services, otherwise contact us within the framework of a contract or communicate with us.

If you send us or disclose data about other people, such as family members, employees, work colleagues, etc., we assume that you are authorized to do so, that this data is correct and that we may process it as described here. By transmitting the data via third parties, you confirm this. Please also ensure that these third parties have been informed about this privacy policy.

2. Which personal data do we process and for what purpose?
2.1 Website
When you visit our website, we process the associated access data (website visited, time of access, source/reference from which you accessed the page, browser used, operating system used, IP address used) to enable the use of the website (establishing a connection), to ensure system security and stability, to optimize the Internet offering and for internal statistical purposes.

2.2 Sales process
When you enter into the sales process with us, we process

· Title, first name, last name, gender, date of birth

· Address, email address, telephone number and other contact details

· Information on titles and functions within the company for contact persons and representatives of our business partners

for the following purposes: Ensuring business activities and customer advice on site and in the back office, in particular initiation, administration and processing of contractual relationships, to determine customer needs, for marketing activities and customer loyalty programs as well as to enforce legal claims arising from contracts (debt collection, legal proceedings, etc.).

2.3 Marketing activities
We would like to make you attractive offers. We therefore process personal data to maintain relationships and for marketing purposes, e.g. to send you written and electronic messages and offers and to carry out marketing campaigns.

Messages and offers can also be personalized in order to only send you information that is likely to be of interest to you. For this purpose, we use master, contract, communication and transaction data in particular. This can include, for example, the following messages and offers:

2.5 Recruitment
If you contact us via email or through our recruitment platform and submit your CV and/or other documents relevant to your application, we will process the personal data you submit for the following purposes: Evaluation and administration of applications in order to check suitability for advertised vacancies or possible future career opportunities.

2.6 Employment relationship
If you enter into an employment relationship with ConVacc AG, we will process all personal data relevant to the implementation of the employment relationship in good faith, in particular contact details, information on marital status and family, information relevant to withholding tax, bank details and any debt collection registers or criminal records, etc. for the following purposes: Ensuring the correct recording and implementation of the employment relationship, ensuring correct social security law, processing of tax subjects subject to withholding tax, processing of family allowances and payroll accounting.

2.7 Access to the Flawil area
When you enter the company premises with a vehicle, a short video is recorded on which your face and/or vehicle license plate may be visible. This is done for the following purposes: to ensure automated access to the premises for authorized persons and for security reasons. The video recordings are automatically deleted after one (1) week.

3. Who do we disclose your personal data to?
We do not pass on any personal data to third parties without the consent of the person concerned, unless this is done in connection with the processing of orders placed or orders given to us or is necessary for the purposes described in this data protection declaration. For example, we can call in external consultants, domestic and foreign experts, specialists and other external assistants for these purposes, insofar as we consider this to be useful or necessary. In particular, information can also be passed on to authorities as part of the contract processing.

We may also pass on personal data to contract data processors, in particular to IT service providers and other providers who provide IT applications (e.g. collaboration platforms) or support and other services on our behalf for the purposes listed in this data protection declaration.

4. Will your personal data be transferred abroad?
In connection with the processing of your order, your contract or for the purposes described in this data protection declaration, we also disclose data to entities that are not only located in Switzerland. Such a transfer abroad occurs in particular with foreign service providers or in the case of commissioned communication with authorities or other entities abroad. Your data can therefore be processed both in Switzerland and in other European countries, depending on the context.

5. What rights do you have?
Persons about whom we process data have the right to request information about the data processed about them and to request that it be corrected or deleted.

To the extent that our processing is based on consent, data subjects have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise such rights, the data subjects can contact the address mentioned above under point 1. We will process these requests in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and may also reject them or only fulfill them to a limited extent in accordance with the legal regulations.
